Otahuna Lodge

Accommodation

Otahuna’s five Suites all celebrate the heritage of the original 1895 homestead building. Each is supremely comfortable, with exquisite design, New Zealand artworks and charming views onto the property’s gardens.
Suites

Botanical Suite

The Botanical Suite is situated in the original Morning Room of the house on the ground floor and offers a gingerbread mantlepiece and picture window overlooking the gardens.

Clark Suite

Named for the Lady of the House, Jessie Clark, the Clark Suite was Jessie's former bedroom and enjoys views of the woodlands through its exquisite stained glass windows.

Jockey Jones Suite

Our newest accommodation, the Jockey Jones Suite is a jaunty, sophisticated sanctuary comprising multiple rooms and honouring one of Otahuna’s most beloved personalities.

Polo Suite

So named for the tradition of the game at Otahuna, the Polo Suite occupies a sunny position at the front of the house overlooking a courtyard on one side and the Great Lawn on the other.

The Loft Suite

Nestled under the gables of the property lies one of our most recent additions, The Loft Suite, offering a fresh and whimsical perspective on gracious country house design.
